What you will do
- Define the role, building programs and automations for repeatable, scalable use across AMER.
- Develop and A/B test enablement programs to identify the most effective ways to drive user adoption and satisfaction at scale.
- Execute demonstrations of new product features and conduct hands-on workshops in collaboration with Sales Engineers.
- Focus on onboarding and increasing user retention by educating customers on best practices within the hirify.global platform.
- Establish regular touchpoints to advise users on applying hirify.global to their specific business needs and use cases.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities that drive additional value.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in sales engineering, technical consulting, or data science roles with a track record of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and work with urgency to define a new segment's success.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both no-code and high-code users.
- A knack for engaging with all levels of customer teams, from individual contributors to leadership.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across the AMER region.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with data storage and computing infrastructure (SQL, Kubernetes, etc.) and proficiency with Python, R, or SQL.
- hirify.global Advanced Designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, or Databricks Business Analyst certifications.
- Experience building and operating communities of practice or scalable post-sales programs.
- A never-ending desire to learn new solutions and translate features into business value.
