Salary: $165,000–$185,000

What you will do

• Design and implement infrastructure supporting autonomous LLM-based agents capable of multi-step reasoning and execution.
• Architect cloud-native platforms to manage the full lifecycle of AI workflows from experimentation to production.
• Embed HIPAA/HITRUST compliance, audit trails, and security guardrails directly into the platform layer.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and observability dashboards to monitor agent accuracy, latency, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Machine Learning Research, Cloud, and Security, to ensure architectural coherence.
• Maintain interoperability standards to enable secure communication between AI agents and enterprise health systems.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare technology with knowledge of EHR integration (Epic/Cerner) and HL7/FHIR standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to travel to Tennessee for the first week of onboarding.
• Proven experience building cloud-native autonomous agent systems in regulated environments.
• Expert proficiency in Python (AI primary) and C# or Java (enterprise integration).
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI services, Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, and LLMOps practices.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with multi-model AI routing and benchmarking.
• Background in fintech or other highly regulated industries.
