What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of a robust, scalable financial data architecture.
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data quality standards.
• Oversee the management of BI tools and lead the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to automate manual reporting processes to streamline operations.
• Pioneer the use of AI and Agents to drive business efficiencies, including automating the monthly financial close process.
• Work closely with IT and Engineering teams to ensure the seamless and efficient integration of data systems across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL, with a readiness to mentor junior analysts in query optimization and coding best practices.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing within Business Intelligence tools (Looker preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience owning and developing production dbt models and workflows.
• Proven expertise in data modeling concepts, ETL processes, data orchestration (Airflow and Python preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and data quality frameworks.
• Qualified applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
