Salary: $128,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and execute digital marketing and content distribution strategies for clients.
• Support and manage relationships with key digital partner accounts.
• Produce and post digital content, including text, images, and videos.
• Maintain and update artist sites, social media profiles, and hirify.global properties.
• Develop and execute content release campaigns and tour promotions.

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of experience managing digital distribution and social platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of and passion for the music market.
• Experience managing high-performing teams.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, industry trends, and digital music services.
• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
