Salary: $105,000–$125,000

What you will do
- Conceive, execute, and measure the impact of multi-industry advertising campaigns.
- Act as the senior lead on project teams to deliver strategic consulting and media planning.
- Manage, mentor, and develop internal media staff.
- Collaborate with platform partners and contribute to new business pitches.
- Oversee hands-on campaign optimization and cross-platform performance analysis.
- Adapt quickly to competing priorities and evolving client needs in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years
- 5+ years of experience in digital media with 3+ years in paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Strong track record of managing and growing large-scale paid media accounts
- Proven experience in staff management and professional mentorship
- Bachelor’s Degree
Nice to have
- Experience with Snap Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Broad understanding of PR, social, email, and SMS marketing
