Location: Hybrid - 4 days in the Bucharest office, 1 day working from home per week.

What you will do

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing roadmap for Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, targeting financial decision-makers.
• Monitor regional trends, analyse local competitors, and identify unique opportunities to differentiate hirify.global’s solutions in each specific market.
• Align marketing goals with regional Sales and Partnership teams to ensure lead-generation activities support revenue targets.
• Oversee regional PR efforts and localized Social Media strategies to build brand authority.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, and offline) tailored to the specific business maturity of each country in the cluster.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or bilingual fluency in Romanian and full professional proficiency in English.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within Fintech, Financial Services, or B2B.
• Proven experience managing marketing activities in at least two of the cluster countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic).
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
• A "hands-on" approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Proficiency in an additional regional language (Hungarian, Czech, or Bulgarian).
