What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication campaigns and projects in line with global guidelines.
• Manage external creative and media agencies, including strategy validation and budget control.
• Drive brand consistency across all channels and communication materials.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights for future brand-building strategies.
• Develop internal communication tactics to foster brand advocacy and employee engagement.
• Provide design direction for collateral, digital media, and product packaging to ensure visual uniformity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication Science, Journalism, or PR.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in communication and brand management within a multi-stakeholder arena.
• Proven track record in campaign planning, budgeting, and agency management.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to define KPIs and translate metrics into actionable insights.
• English and Romanian proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience in creating compelling content and copywriting for diverse target demographics.
