What you will do

• Develop and launch high-performance digital campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display channels.
• Build media plans based on campaign briefs: channel selection, audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Manage agency partner day-to-day: assign tasks, review performance reports and drive optimization.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance; translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with campaign managers to align digital execution with demand generation goals.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities and propose tests to improve ROI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Solid understanding of B2B digital advertising: keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics and platform-native reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make informed optimization decisions.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• English B2-C1 level — fluent spoken and written

Nice to have

• Experience with programmatic advertising or content syndication is a plus.
• Higher education in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
