Senior Operations Support

TL;DR

Senior Operations Support: Contributing to Black Library’s success by providing accurate information to highlight opportunities and mitigate risk with an accent on inventory management, monthly sales reporting, and volume analysis. Focus on understanding Black Library creation processes, external sales channels, and ensuring accurate reporting of performance within the business.

Location: This is a hybrid role, where you will be expected to be onsite at our UK headquarters in Nottingham 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Support the management and reporting of inventory, monthly sales and volumes.
• Provide a monthly KPI and performance pack to provide an ‘end to end’ view of the Black Library business.
• Work with the finance team to champion accurate reporting of Black Library performance within the business.
• Work closely with teams to mitigate risk and meet specific sales, licensing, stock and shipping targets.
• Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements, including cross-skilling across the operations team to provide absence cover.

Requirements

• Background in finance or data analysis.
• Excel and google sheets skills including v-lookups and pivot tables are essential.
• Highly organised and adaptable.
• Ability to plan in an efficient way, so that when plans and priorities change, you’ll be able to switch direction with ease.
