Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

Salary: $90,000 to $125,000 depending on experience.

What you will do

• Engage with fund managers to understand their needs, develop features and products, and structure deployments.
• Define product requirements by writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for software engineers.
• Own, lead, and deliver various solutions with direct oversight of product building from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and align planned features with the vision and strategy of the team.
• Monitor the performance of product features post-launch and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably within fintech, wealth management, or other related industries.
• Desire to become an expert in the private markets and alternative investments.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of solving complex, unfamiliar problems through innovative solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies and a mindset that embraces quick deployment, learning, and iteration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and effective project communication plans.
