What you will do

• Own capacity planning and forecasting for the Consulting team.
• Monitor consulting and onboarding projects to ensure delivery is on track, within budget and meeting client expectations.
• Provide direct line management to the Senior Project Coordinator.
• Collaborate with the Head of Consulting to build meaningful MI and management reporting packs for SLT.
• Build better reporting frameworks and lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven PMO experience overseeing a portfolio of projects.
• Strong experience in resource planning in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with data migration in system implementations.
• Confident line management and people leadership experience.
• Skilled stakeholder manager capable of handling competing priorities and difficult conversations.
• A hands‑on, “roll‑your‑sleeves‑up” attitude.
