What you will do

  • Manage and optimize processes to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Coordinate contract changes, product updates, and SLA management, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Create clarity across teams, including Account Management, Sales, Support, and Finance.
  • Spot operational bottlenecks early and act proactively to solve them.
  • Design and implement processes for the Paris Account Management team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a coordinating, operational, or process-oriented role.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS workflows and Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Precise, structured, and able to prioritize while juggling multiple open tasks.
  • Clear communication skills in French & English.
  • Passion for process improvement.
  • A team player with a hands-on mentality.
