What you will do

• Ensure the resolution of key high risk contractual issues.
• Take P&L ownership dedicated mid sized complex contracts or pillars within a very complex contracts.
• Ensure contracts are effectively utilising the GS Contract Delivery Services to manage low-level contractual activities.
• Manage Risk & obligation for parameter of the contract and ensure compliance to all BT governance on contracts.
• Manage organic growth on contracts through change control.
• Identify new sales opportunities for the account.

Requirements

• Significant experience in managing medium-sized complex and non-standard contracts and accounts.
• Fluency in French.
• Strong legal and commercial acumen.
• Ability to communicate effectively at operational levels.
• Coaching and Mentoring Skills.
• Data Analysis skills.
