What you will do

• Provide legal and regulatory support for CMESC operations, risk management, and internal governance.
• Offer regulatory support and guidance for new CMESC initiatives, assisting in new product design and implementation.
• Implement clearing services and banking arrangements in coordination with internal legal teams and external counsel.
• Engage with regulatory bodies on behalf of CMESC.
• Ensure that rules, policies, and procedures align with internal CMESC requirements, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Monitor new regulatory developments, both domestic and international, that impact CMESC and develop strategies and responses.

Requirements

• Experience supporting SEC-regulated clearing houses or intermediaries with respect to clearing regulatory issues.
• Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
