What you will do
- Design, manage, and execute the Compliance Assurance Plan.
- Drive the evolution of the Compliance Independent Testing Team using automation and modern practices.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of testers across the United States and Costa Rica.
- Conduct independent reviews, control testing, and validation of regulatory processes.
- Partner with Legal, Product, and Technology leaders to align testing with business risks.
- Oversee the Compliance Annual Testing Calendar.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in compliance testing, audit, or risk management within banking, payments, or fintech.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading compliance or audit teams.
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks including FCRA, GLBA, and UDAAP.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in data governance or consumer reporting.
- Familiarity with data-driven or automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with the Archer platform for control reviews.
- Professional certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, CISA, or CIA.
