What you will do

• Design, manage, and execute the Compliance Assurance Plan.
• Drive the evolution of the Compliance Independent Testing Team using automation and modern practices.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of testers across the United States and Costa Rica.
• Conduct independent reviews, control testing, and validation of regulatory processes.
• Partner with Legal, Product, and Technology leaders to align testing with business risks.
• Oversee the Compliance Annual Testing Calendar.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in compliance testing, audit, or risk management within banking, payments, or fintech.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading compliance or audit teams.
• Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks including FCRA, GLBA, and UDAAP.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in data governance or consumer reporting.
• Familiarity with data-driven or automated testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with the Archer platform for control reviews.
• Professional certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, CISA, or CIA.
