Salary: $89,000 – $135,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do
- Review and approve parent company and enterprise-level communications for regulatory and internal policy compliance.
- Provide proactive compliance guidance to Marketing, Legal, and Content teams during the creative process.
- Conduct principal-level audits of advertising materials and public-facing content.
- Develop and implement improvements to review processes and internal documentation standards.
- Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure timely and accurate regulatory opinion on PR and marketing strategies.
- Draft practical compliance guidelines for internal business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a legal or compliance role within the financial services industry.
- 5+ years of experience in communications compliance or a related function.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks including FTC, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, or FCA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing clear guidance to diverse business partners.
- Ability to manage multiple complex compliance projects independently under shifting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with project management.
- Familiarity with compliance tools like Red Oak, Tableau, Coda, or Figma.
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled business tools like ChatGPT or Google Gemini in a compliance context.
