What you will do
- Research and identify influencers who align with client brands and target audiences.
- Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships including outreach, contract negotiation, and collaboration.
- Act as the primary campaign manager between clients, influencers, and internal teams.
- Lead kick-off and weekly calls, ensuring timely content delivery and influencer payments.
- Develop compelling pitch materials and campaign proposals for new activations.
- Analyze performance data to create weekly reports, end-of-campaign summaries, and case studies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience running influencer activations within a marketing or agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in New York or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the office.
