What you will do
- Build new features that meet the needs of the client's customers.
- Collaborate with the team on engineering initiatives to improve.
- Mentor the engineering team to accelerate their career growth.
- Be responsible for the production operation and monitoring of products in line with SLAs.
- Drive good practices within the team.
- Participate in regular show and tells, promoting your work to both the department and the wider company.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Go (language-agnostic mindset preferred).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
- Proven experience building custom SaaS applications and robust APIs.
- Experience developing or integrating decentralised systems, data infrastructure, or distributed technologies.
- Deep understanding of modern deployment pipelines, including Docker, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Flux.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and enhance workflows.

- Familiarity with Red Panda and multi-cloud deployment environments.
