What you will do

• Build new features that meet the needs of the client's customers.
• Collaborate with the team on engineering initiatives to improve.
• Mentor the engineering team to accelerate their career growth.
• Be responsible for the production operation and monitoring of products in line with SLAs.
• Drive good practices within the team.
• Participate in regular show and tells, promoting your work to both the department and the wider company.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Go (language-agnostic mindset preferred).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
• Proven experience building custom SaaS applications and robust APIs.
• Experience developing or integrating decentralised systems, data infrastructure, or distributed technologies.
• Deep understanding of modern deployment pipelines, including Docker, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Flux.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and enhance workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Red Panda and multi-cloud deployment environments.
