What you will do

• Build, schedule, and launch CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and onsite messaging.
• Execute promotional, engagement, and retention campaigns per the CRM calendar.
• Translate briefs into accurate customer communications with proper segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
• Manage campaign timelines, end-to-end QA, and ensure compliance/regulatory standards.
• Coordinate creative and copy needs with design/content teams and collaborate with Marketing Ops and stakeholders.
• Assist with reporting on performance metrics and identify improvements for ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing operations roles.
• Proven hands-on experience using a CRM platform (e.g. Optimove, Dotdigital, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, segmentation, and deployment processes.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a strong QA mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
• Fluent English.
