What you will do

• Orchestrate delivery across multiple product and platform teams within the Hive Lab.
• Enable AI agents to integrate effectively with backend systems and internal data platforms.
• Coordinate technical dependencies between internal teams, executive functions, and third-party suppliers.
• Manage complex, higher-risk changes while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI and model risk processes.
• Support strategic planning and sequencing of integration activities in accordance with business priorities.
• Drive pace and coordination across several delivery strands to ensure effective feature team operations.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in complex, technology-driven delivery across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to coordinate across diverse business units, labs, and third-party suppliers.
• Experience in identifying and managing delivery risks, constraints, and governance processes.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and integration roadmaps.
• Experience with technical dependencies involving legacy and modern systems.
