What you will do

  • Manage and configure ChurnZero features including custom fields, playbooks, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain digital customer journeys and automated tech-touch programs.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate synchronization between ChurnZero and integrated systems like Salesforce.
  • Iterate on predictive health scoring models to provide actionable account indicators.
  • Lead internal training for CSMs to improve tool adoption and best practices.
  • Create performance dashboards to track NRR, NPS, and other key retention metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Customer Success platforms (preferably ChurnZero).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS operations and cloud-hosted system architectures.
  • Proven experience integrating and managing data between ChurnZero and Salesforce.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable CS strategies.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for task management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Active certifications in ChurnZero or Salesforce.
