What you will do

• Manage technical and disciplinary aspects of the finance and controlling department.
• Oversee annual and quarterly budget planning, controlling, and forecasting.
• Ensure reliable financial reporting for management and the executive board.
• Lead monthly and annual financial statement processes in coordination with auditors.
• Coordinate banking relationships and ensure liquidity management.
• Provide strategic financial insights to drive the company's long-term development.

Requirements

• German work authorization required.
• Degree in business administration with a specialization in finance.
• 8+ years of experience in finance and controlling, with 4+ years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of German accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience in building and developing finance teams and implementing process automation.
• Fluent in German and English.
