What you will do

• Research and evaluate emerging AI models and agent frameworks to identify innovative opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable agentic AI integrations within existing business processes.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot features using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on AI best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and contribute to shared internal model-integration libraries.
• Advocate for AI engineering directions and share technical vision across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep fluency in full-stack web development.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience working with frontier LLMs and building AI agents.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages for building AI-enabled features.
• Working knowledge of AI agent patterns, prompt engineering, context engineering, and RAG.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and strategic thinking within an engineering department.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced developer workflows and agentic IDE tools like Cursor or Cline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google ADK, LangGraph, and Langfuse.
• Practical knowledge in integrating and fine-tuning open-source models.
• Proven background in the production deployment of multi-agent orchestration systems.
