Salary: $128,250 - $266,875/yr.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the visual identity for first-party games while ensuring alignment with the hirify.global brand.
• Create high-quality game art assets including UI elements, environments, characters, and animations.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted tools for rapid concepting, visual variation, and asset production efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Game Design, Product Management, and Engineering to shape game experiences.
• Manage external partners and contract artists, ensuring high visual quality and consistent standards.
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing art in collaboration with growth and design studio teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a game artist or visual designer.
• Extensive experience with casual games for desktop and mobile web.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual direction, UI design, and production-ready assets.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience managing external studios or contract artists.
• Deep understanding of asset optimization and production pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with live-ops games and content updates.
• Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects, Spine, Lottie, or Rive.
• Background in creating promotional or marketing art for games.
• Experience defining style guides and visual systems.
