What you will do

• Develop full-stack ranking, recommendation, and content understanding systems for hirify.global News.
• Deploy and maintain batch and online machine learning models in production environments.
• Utilize and evaluate third-party, open-source, and in-house MLOps tools and workflow orchestration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve content delivery for millions of readers.
• Formalize product problems into actionable ML experiments and analyze performance metrics.
• Bridge the gap between research code and high-performance production software.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment from New York City or Reston, Virginia.
• Industry experience in productionalizing batch and online machine learning models.
• Strong familiarity with software engineering principles, design patterns, and code quality.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language such as Java, Scala, or Go.
• Experience with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Jax.
• Knowledge of data engineering best practices and warehousing concepts.
