What you will do

• Design models and systems that help automate and optimize claims handling, including liability prediction, fraud detection, and document & image understanding.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate claims workflows into ML solutions.
• Prototype production-ready models and data pipelines.
• Dive deep on early-stage products to scale product market fit.
• Help shape the data science roadmap and architecture across hirify.global’s platform.

Requirements

• Experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer with a focus on data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
• Experience deploying production ML systems.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.), and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Spark, etc.).
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to translate real-world business problems into ML solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Experience building decision systems or automation platforms.
