What you will do

• Develop and implement advanced deep learning models, including attention mechanisms and multi-task learning.
• Build robust feature engineering frameworks to process dense, sparse, and behavioral data.
• Create efficient ML infrastructure and automated workflows to improve team velocity.
• Research and integrate state-of-the-art modeling techniques into production services.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to scale machine learning capabilities for high-traffic environments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related ML engineering role.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning, NLP, and recommender systems.
• Strong background in data pipelines (SQL, Spark, Kafka) and cloud environments (GCP or AWS).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Airflow for workflow management.
• Familiarity with distributed data technologies and search engines like ElasticSearch.
