Salary: $175K – $250K

• Partner with executive and product teams to shape product vision and strategy.
• Own complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept through launch.
• Translate ambiguous business and user problems into clear design frameworks and prototypes.
• Lead product thinking across the organization by articulating design rationale.
• Drive qualitative and quantitative research to inform product direction.
• Establish, scale, and evolve a robust design system.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design with consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end design initiatives with measurable impact.
• Experience building or scaling design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem framing and high-quality execution.
• Deep proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
