TL;DR

Focus on analyzing campaign metrics, providing tailored insights, and refining approaches to maximize customer ROI.

Salary: $80,000 - $87,000. Role is also annual bonus eligible

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Digital Marketers & Analysts to deliver client work and always-on campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide tailored insights and recommendations to fine-tune campaign strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of client digital strategies.
  • Partner with reporting & data specialists to design and maintain dynamic monthly reports for client review.
  • Deliver regular client communications, including presenting monthly reports and weekly check-in meetings.
  • Establish and refine best practices for Digital Marketing and Advertising that leverage data and science to deliver immersive experiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of business experience with a strong track record of success in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Marketing Operations and/or Conversion Marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with advanced analytics reporting and managing large data sets.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics with the ability to quickly learn new data driven platforms.
  • Possesses technical knowledge of strategy, planning, and purchasing within the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
