What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and thought leaders in the optical lens and technology sector.
• Report, research, and write news stories, features, and special reports for print and digital platforms.
• Edit articles for accuracy and clarity across multiple publications, including Vision Monday and 20/20.
• Balance deadlines across busy digital and social presence while managing multiple editorial projects.
• Develop and oversee integrated editorial programs, including live events and forums.
• Represent the publications at industry trade shows and media events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in news writing and editing.
• Strong command of English grammar and professional writing style.
• Ability to work from the office 3 days a week in Newark, NJ or Atlanta, GA.
• Experience with B2B journalism and complex beat reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital content management systems.
