What you will do

• Develop and execute business strategies to acquire new partners across crypto payments and fintech verticals.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving leads from initial outreach to contract signature.
• Own the full deal cycle, including negotiations and commercial terms for complex partnership models.
• Scale strategic and functional partnerships to expand market reach and revenue.
• Identify and support OTC-related business opportunities in alignment with internal product goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and operations teams to launch new partnerships.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Proven professional background in payments, fintech, or banking.
• Strong experience in merchant acquiring, payment orchestration, or OTC business models.
• Proven track record in managing negotiations and closing high-value commercial deals.
• English: C1+ (Fluent) required.
• Strong result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-scaling environment.
