Sr. Forward Deployment Strategist

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to perform deep customer discovery, map organizational and technical landscapes, quantify business value, and build C-suite trust.
• Define pilot MVPs, success criteria, timelines, and the product requirements document guiding the engineering team.
• Own project scope, prioritize the engineering backlog, test solutions hands-on, and drive delivery through an agile process.
• Manage stakeholder communication from C-suite leaders to engineers, escalating and resolving technical or political blockers.
• Lead launch activities, manage the war room, capture user feedback, iterate the solution, and drive adoption.
• Plan ongoing maintenance, create customer documentation and training, and identify future high-value engagements.

Requirements

• Trusted-advisor presence with C-suite gravitas, superb communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and drive decisions quickly.
• Product and systems thinking, including SWOT analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and defining what to build and why.
• Relentless execution and a hands-on approach, including escalation management and willingness to handle unglamorous delivery work.
• Either 2+ years as a Deployment Strategist or 2+ years at a high-growth startup in a builder or founder capacity.
• Alternatively, 5+ years in a senior, client-facing product or delivery role at a top-tier technology company or consultancy.
• Demonstrated experience with value-based scoping, including TCO and ROI, agile software project management, and PRD writing.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
