Product Manager, WorkBuddy Enterprise — Agent Platform (AI)

What you will do

• Own the WorkBuddy Enterprise roadmap, go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and customer adoption across international markets.
• Lead enterprise Skills, MCP, and Connector ecosystem and integration strategy across third-party, customer-built, and ecosystem services.
• Establish reliability and evaluation infrastructure, including eval harnesses, safety guardrails, trajectory replay, production telemetry, and automated regression testing.
• Partner with sales and solutions teams to create reusable key-account delivery templates and best practices that accelerate time-to-value.
• Manage product costs, resource planning, and compliance readiness, including data residency, tenant isolation, audit logging, and regional security certifications.

Requirements

• At least six years of product management experience, including at least three years in AI platforms, cloud platforms, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience independently owning enterprise platform products such as PaaS, SDK, API, or SaaS products.
• Full product lifecycle experience from definition and design through go-to-market optimisation, with knowledge of ARR, gross margin, NRR, and paid conversion metrics.
• Practical experience with AI and large language model products from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS, or Microsoft, plus knowledge of agent orchestration engineering and product design trade-offs.
• Strong enterprise platform knowledge covering SSO, SCIM, RBAC, data residency, tenant isolation, audit logging, and security compliance frameworks.
• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese, written and verbal, is required for international customer engagements and collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
