TL;DR

Product Designer: Designing and optimizing user-centered solutions for public and private sector projects with an accent on creating visually compelling and accessible platforms. Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and willing to work on site with clients from time to time.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end product design for public and private sector projects.
• Create compelling user interfaces and seamless experiences that balance aesthetics with functional excellence.
• Plan and conduct user research to gather deep insights and ensure solutions drive real-world value.
• Translate research findings and business requirements into effective, scalable design solutions.
• Iterate and validate designs based on user feedback and performance data to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems to maintain consistency across the product suite.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product or UX Designer, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Proficiency in user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Comfortable navigating the full product lifecycle, from initial discovery to developer handover.
• Strong UI design principles and proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to solve complex problems alongside technical and commercial peers.
• Understanding of B2B or data-heavy products and a commitment to accessibility best practices.
