What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design processes from conceptualization to high-fidelity production.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that align with product strategy and user needs.
• Analyze user feedback and research to translate complex problems into scalable design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product vision and resource alignment.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the internal design culture.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable design elements and components.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design for digital products.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of design theory, layout, typography, and interaction principles.
• Proven ability to link business strategy with user requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Strong communication skills to defend design decisions and conduct user testing.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with shifts from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
