What you will do

• Design foundational platform layers including video playback, data visualization patterns, and automated tagging workflows.
• Simplify complex technical problem spaces by turning intricate data models and pipelines into performant user experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to drive platform-wide decision-making.
• Communicate design vision effectively, advocating for scalable solutions that meet both customer needs and business constraints.
• Ensure high standards for accessibility and cohesion, measuring product adoption and efficiency gains post-launch.
• Mentor other designers by establishing patterns and scalable design solutions for the broader organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in systems-level UX design and must be located in the U.K.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
• Mastery of high and low-fidelity prototyping tools and iterative testing techniques.
• Ability to navigate and advocate during technical conversations regarding data architecture and platform tradeoffs.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on presenting rationale and managing stakeholder feedback.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, wireframes, and final design solutions.
