What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for logistics, specifically robotics and automation equipment.
• Lead full-cycle sourcing initiatives including RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes globally.
• Evaluate and execute financial decisions between leasing and buying options for capital expenditures.
• Track industry trends and supplier capabilities to refine sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and strategic relationship management.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Logistics teams to align sourcing goals with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence across all levels of an organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Experience in the CPG industry.
• Proficiency in procurement platforms like Coupa, Oracle, or Infor Nexus.
• Spanish language fluency.
• CPM or equivalent certification.
