What you will do

• Manage customer projects focusing on SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle including design, customizing, and rollout.
• Implement the Fit4Life Science template in Greenfield, Bluefield, and Brownfield environments.
• Provide operational support to existing customers via ticket resolution and system updates.
• Collaborate with key users to provide training and technical solutions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in SAP ECC EHS or SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
• Deep understanding of safety data sheets, labeling, and dangerous goods regulation.
• Proficiency in SAP customizing and training methodologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer support tickets.
• German language proficiency: C1 required.
• English language proficiency: B2 required.
