What you will do

• Manage and validate domestic order processing to ensure alignment with shipment dates and sales targets.
• Serve as the first point of contact for supply chain queries and process improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, planning, and distribution teams to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
• Analyze stock levels, replenish inventory, and verify overall availability.
• Resolve customer claims and support cross-functional departments.
• Lead departmental initiatives to optimize internal processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Polish is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
