What you will do

  • Resolve incoming player issues and inquiries.
  • Manage and engage with the community on Discord.
  • Provide operational support for in-game events and LiveOps.
  • Contribute to the optimization of existing support processes.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • English proficiency: B2+ level.
  • Interest in community-driven mobile games.
  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the gaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of mobile game community dynamics.
