What you will do
- Resolve incoming player issues and inquiries.
- Manage and engage with the community on Discord.
- Provide operational support for in-game events and LiveOps.
- Contribute to the optimization of existing support processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- English proficiency: B2+ level.
- Interest in community-driven mobile games.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
