What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact between the company and third-party developers.
• Vet technical designs and assess partner capabilities to mitigate development risks.
• Support simultaneous project development ensuring alignment with publishing platform services.
• Collaborate with production, design, and QA teams to deliver technically sound products.
• Provide technical oversight on engineering practices, performance optimization, and backend service integration.
• Perform hands-on analysis and drive resolution of complex technical problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile game development and/or publishing with shipped products.
• Proven experience supporting third-party teams and resolving engineering challenges.
• Understanding of free-to-play ecosystems and LiveOps requirements.
• Familiarity with mobile game development pipelines, build workflows, and content pipelines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance business priorities against technical risks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Unity/C# or Unreal Engine/C++.
• Experience with Heroic Labs Nakama, GitHub, Backtrace, or Jira.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices and big data platforms like BigQuery.
• Broad knowledge of backend services, authentication systems, and analytics frameworks.
