What you will do

• Define and evangelize the holistic game vision across gameplay, narrative, art, and player experience.
• Translate creative concepts into clear goals, roadmaps, and deliverables for cross-functional leads.
• Provide continuous direction and quality control to ensure projects meet AAA standards.
• Serve as the primary creative liaison for internal teams and external co-development partners.
• Identify dependencies, resolve creative conflicts, and lead cross-departmental collaboration.
• Oversee IP expansion and universe development through market analysis and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience developing AAA titles.
• 6+ years of experience leading game development teams and defining design direction.
• Proven leadership in a senior capacity on at least two major AAA console or PC games from concept to completion.
• Experience developing online multiplayer games and shooters or action titles.
• Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) for concept and implementation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for evangelizing vision to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with co-development or outsourcing models.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Previous experience shipping a AAA title as a Director.
• In-depth understanding of animation and tech animation pipelines.
