What you will do

• Execute LiveOps campaigns and game events using proprietary in-house tools.
• Conduct QA testing for all events and offers to ensure error-free releases.
• Monitor live game events and investigate performance issues in real-time.
• Manage customer communication channels including in-app messaging and push notifications.
• Configure and manage A/B testing setups to optimize player experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, art, analytics, and economy teams globally.
