What you will do

  • Monitor and assess incoming leads from various digital channels against ICP and engagement criteria.
  • Execute and optimize multi-touch email nurture sequences using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Conduct research on leads to identify key contacts and buying signals to inform the sales team.
  • Maintain real-time, accurate lead records in Salesforce and marketing automation systems.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and senior management to test and improve messaging, subject lines, and CTAs.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including response time, meeting bookings, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead development, or B2B email marketing.
  • 1–2 years of experience in qualifying and nurturing inbound B2B leads.
  • Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Experience managing lead contacts within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills in English for crafting professional, personalized outreach.
  • Organized with an automation-first mindset and ability to manage high lead volumes.
