What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end Finance Systems support function, including Jira-based service management.
• Provide functional support for core platforms like NetSuite, Expensify, Zip HQ, and Navan.
• Monitor and troubleshoot complex integrations between finance platforms to ensure operational reliability.
• Standardize support processes and ticket workflows to enhance efficiency and visibility.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and AI-powered self-service solutions.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders and project teams on system enhancements and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in IT systems support, business systems operations, or SaaS administration.
• Proven experience supporting Finance or ERP platforms, specifically NetSuite or similar cloud solutions.
• Expertise in managing Jira-based service management environments and structured support workflows.
• Strong background in managing SaaS integrations, APIs, and identity access across business systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex finance application landscapes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills within fast-scaling environments.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Expensify, Zip HQ, or Navan.
• Knowledge of AI-powered support tools and knowledge base development.
