What you will do
- Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, ensuring scalability across proposal, deal, and delivery phases.
- Build and maintain product pricing calculators, cost structures, and delivery models in collaboration with Product and Finance teams.
- Manage CRM processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across all departments.
- Review proposals and project plans, ensuring they align with updated product capabilities and organizational lessons learned.
- Drive process improvements to identify revenue funnel bottlenecks, increase deal velocity, and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Lead tender submission processes and manage procurement activities within the sales-to-delivery workflow.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles within SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end revenue processes, including pricing, proposals, and contract structures.
- Strong background in CRM optimization, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting techniques.
- Solid understanding of purchasing, procurement, and supplier management cycles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- English: Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
