What you will do

• Manage and execute ad campaigns using proprietary AI platform products.
• Formulate and execute localized advertising strategies for multinational campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data and configure automated optimization workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product managers, and data analysts.
• Fine-tune AI models and system parameters to maximize system effectiveness.
• Provide performance estimations and historical data insights to support business development.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of professional work experience.
• University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English with business-level fluency (e.g., TOEIC 750+, IELTS 6.5+).
• Ability to work with complex Excel datasets and Pivot Tables.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
• Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours and perform a weekend shift once per month.

Nice to have

• Experience with RTB, programmatic buying, or mobile attribution (MMPs).
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools like Tableau/Looker.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of automation platforms like Zapier or n8n.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or ClickUp.
