What you will do

• Architect and develop robust backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core
• Design efficient database schemas and optimize data access logic in SQL and NoSQL
• Implement reliable, message-driven communication systems
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for containerization and pipeline improvements
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core (or strong background in Java/Go)
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and database design principles
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Practical experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based workflows
• Fluent in English (Japanese language proficiency is not required)

Nice to have

• Experience with Foreign Function Interface (FFI) for performance-critical components
• Strong ability to make high-level architectural decisions
• Willingness to explore emerging technologies
