What you will do
- Manage strategy and implementation of retail marketing activity across Italy, including in-store visibility and online merchandising.
- Lead marketing activities for priority brands and content releases to drive awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with retailers to create bespoke designs, online assets, and in-store events.
- Take ownership of the regional marketing budget, analyzing campaign success and ROI.
- Work closely with the Sales team to deliver on growth categories and new product launches via a 12-month strategic plan.
- Manage distributor relationships to ensure the brand is effectively represented and executed within budget.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Italian
- Several years of experience in brand marketing within the Italian or EMEA market
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive results
- Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong interest or understanding of pop culture
