What you will do

• Manage day-to-day retail business relationships across Italy and Iberia.
• Execute consumer product campaigns and retail activations for the hirify.global portfolio.
• Present and sell-in brands to key retailers to support category managers and licensees.
• Conduct regular business reviews and track activations with top retail partners.
• Support the development of retail strategies, including market analysis and SWOT assessments.
• Identify and pitch new category opportunities to prospective clients.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of solid licensing or industry experience.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and brand marketing objectives.
• Proven negotiation and commercial skills.
• Expert presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for a matrix organization.
• Business and financial acumen with a focus on profit and forecasting.
